Returning an item

If you wish to return the products for any reason and thus withdraw from the contract, you may notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods without being required to give a reason for your decision. You may submit your notice of withdrawal on the enclosed form and send it completed to VINO d.o.o., Kamniška ulica 47, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to pijem@dobrovino.si. The 14-day period starts from the day on which you receive the goods.

Products received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product has been destroyed, spoiled, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the consumer.

The consumer may not use the products without hindrance until the contract is cancelled. The consumer may inspect and test the products to the extent strictly necessary to establish the factual situation. Testing of the products other than in accordance with the above shall be deemed to be use of the products, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right of withdrawal.
