Delivery of shipments
SLOVENIA
Delivery in Slovenia is carried out by DPD on our behalf. All parcels are properly insured and in case of damage, we will replace it with a new one or refund your money.
For orders placed before 12 noon, delivery is scheduled for the next working day. Postage is charged according to DPD prices.
Parcels are usually delivered between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. You will also be kept informed of the delivery via the contact details you leave when you place your order.
Alternatively, you can pick up your parcel at one of DPD's drop-off points or arrange for delivery to another location - all through DPD's services.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be dropped off at a partner pick-up point near your home. In this case, you will receive a notification and detailed information about the pick-up options. It is possible that the partner pick-up point reserves the right to charge you for the cost of the package.
Postage is charged by weight:
- up to 2 kg - 4 €
- 2 kg - 5 kg - 5 €
- 5 kg - 10 kg - 6,10 €
- 10 kg - 15 kg - 7,10 €
- 15 kg - 20 kg - 8,20 €
- 20 kg - 25 kg - 9,60 €
- 25 kg - 31,5 kg - 10,5 €
FOREIGN
Delivery abroad is carried out for us by DPD, in accordance with all safety standards and responsibilities.
The table below shows the prices and delivery times for each European country.

In addition to the countries listed below, you can also send to BiH, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland, and due to special protocols, please call us for a shipping quote!
