SANGRIA JURY

Ask your friends to bring a variety of fruit, and you can provide mugs, ice and suitable wine. Set up a 'sangria buffet bar', let your imagination run wild and enjoy the different combinations! Of course, suitable music and tapas snacks are a must.

A PICNIC OF MELDING FLAVOURS

Fire up the barbecue and ask your friends to bring a variety of barbecue food and wine of their choice to go with the barbecue. At the end, vote for the winning combination and reward the winner accordingly.

BLIND TASTING

Our team's favourite! Specify a theme, such as wine variety (sauvignon, merlot...), region or country (e.g. France or Bordeaux) or style of wine (sparkling)... Each invitee should bring a bottle of wine matching the theme. Cover all the bottles equally (e.g. wrap them in paper) and then let the tasting begin. Once all participants have cast their vote, take off the winning bottle and see who has earned the most points. Hint: the winning bottle often comes as a surprise.

Animae Valdobbiadene 2020 Prosecco Superiore DOCG: Animae represents a discontinuity compared to traditional sparkling wines - it is well known that sulphites are not only antioxidants, but also affect the organoleptic perception of wine. Therefore, without added sulphur, Animae allows the true soul of Prosecco DOCG to shine through, with full primary aromas, unadulterated grape aromas and all the intensity of the flavours that come straight from the vineyard into the glass. Another characteristic of Animae is its extremely low sugar level (3 g/l), which makes it very dry, almost Pas Dosè.

Afra Prosecco DOC Rosé 2020 Extra Dry Millesimato: The organic Prosecco DOC Rosè Millesimato is certified vegan and is made from the Glera and Pinot Noir varieties. It is a delicate, harmonious and well-balanced sparkling wine. Perfect for summer gatherings.

Cremant D'Alsace Rosé Brut N.V., Domaine Gruss: the outstanding Brut Rosè, which has been awarded several prizes. Produced from 100 % blue pinot and matured for 18 months in bottle. Aromas of apricot, strawberry, cherry and a hint of grapefruit. Fresh and complex with a slight hint of hazelnut in the background. Serve with toasted bread with salmon, red fruit desserts, strawberry slice or fresh clafouti.

Le Chardonnay 2020, Domaine des Homs: the king of white varieties, well known to all wine lovers, in his true colours from the southern French region of Languedoc. It impresses with its seriousness and elegance, yet lightness. On the nose, tropical fruits, white flowers, buttery notes, roasted nuts. A great companion even for more complex dishes, especially seafood.

When we dance 2020, Chianti DOCG, Il Palagio: when the wine sings! A great Chianti signed by Sting, the owner of this winery. Fruity and light, with a gorgeous ruby red colour, a beautiful, velvety texture and superb freshness. The perfect accompaniment to everyday meals and relaxed get-togethers.

L'Amandier 2020, Domaine des Homs: a superb, light red wine that is just crying out for more. Meet the Cinsault variety from the Languedoc region of southern France. It is extremely fruity, with an accentuated aroma of wild berries, and pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes.
