Vino Dolan je zlatorumene barve z zelenimi odtenki in bogatega telesa. Ima prepričljiv vonj, s poudarkom na cvetočih grmih (rešeljika, črni trn, glog) in zeliščih. V ustih zagoneten, večplasten, travnat in saden, meden in mineralen, z dolgim pookusom, v katerem začutimo kruhovo skorjo, pa tudi biskvitno testo. Idealen spremljevalec srednje staranih pršutov in pancete, odličen sopotnik zeliščnih jedi, mesnih jedi in jedi z morskimi sadeži ter srednje zrelih sirov.

The Iaquin Wine Company is the fruit of many years of work by Uroš Jakončič, a passionate winemaker from the edge of Goriška Brda. Both he and his vineyard are based in Vipolže, a place characterised by a benevolent microclimate and an authentic wine identity. In addition to rebula, you will also find chardonnay, malvasia, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and Uroš's favourite, sauvignonasse, on the Jakončič family estate. The self-taught winemaker says that most of the work is indeed done in the vineyard, but it is in the pinch, the winery, that the winemaker's touch comes out.
