Krasen, živahen bordojec z Demetrom certificirane biodinamične pridelave. Sestavlja ga 70 % merlota in 30 % malbeca. Dober, a razposajene narave, kar nakazuje že barva: rubinasto rdeča s škrlatnim robom.
Ko vino natočimo v kozarec, se najprej rabohoti vonj svežih malin. Malo kasneje zaznamo še češnje, ribez in robide. Izrazite so tudi arome smrečja, kasneje zavonjamo še poper.
The tannins are delicate, the freshness is quite high and nicely complements the fruity aromas. The wine will pair beautifully with hard cheeses, hamburgers, pizza topped with deli meats or more tender steaks.
