Damigiana je sladko vino ekološke pridelave. Sestavljeno je iz sušenega grozdja, in sicer iz sort rumeni muškat in malvazija.
Barva vina je globoka jantarna. Aroma je krasna. V cvetici najdemo suho sadje, mandlje, rozine, fige, suhe pomaranče, karamelo…
Vino Damigiana je sladko in krepkega telesa, čeprav je alkoholna stopnja 11 odstotkov. Krasi ga intenziven okus in dokaj dolg pookus. Vino se bo lepo staralo še vsaj 10 let.

The Gordia wines were created by a twist of fate in the village of Kolobman above Ankaran, where winemaker Andrej Cep cultivates about 4 hectares of organically certified vineyards. After an unsuccessful economics degree, Andrej returned to the local tavern and took care of the kitchen. As a curious and enthusiastic youngster, his path led him to a sommelier course, where he was first introduced to organically produced and macerated wines. He became so fascinated by this world that he and his father decided to set up a vineyard on a nearby bank. Now, Andrej makes all his wines in harmony with nature, the wines are spontaneously fermented and the vineyards are certified organic. In 2021, they renovated their home and can now offer accommodation to their guests. They can enjoy the terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Koper. The name Gordia comes from the old local name for the village of Kolomban.
